Nicoises (Ne Swaz) Whole

I have always disliked the store bought green olives; too strong, salty and harsh.  Finally tasted what a real olive could be when my grandma brined a bunch that a neighbor gave her.  Then, we discovered how amazing an olive could be with these beautiful nicoise.  Good things truly do come in small packages.  Perfect herby flavor with refreshing lemon bite.  Beautiful on an antipasto platter.  Heartily recommend.
