Wow, I jsut tasted the Green Olive Tapenade. It's fabulous. First I tried it on water crackers. The crunch factor was there, but it was missing that chewy something. I sliced a baguette into diagonal wedges and toasted them until crisp yet still soft on the inside. I rubbed a garlic clove over the bread and spooned on the tapenade. The heat from the bread, bite from the garlic, and oil from the tapenade all mixed to create a wonderful bite of food. I'm so glad I ran into The Olive Pit.
The Green Olive Tapenade is wonderful! We purchased lots while we were in Corning and will order more when we have used all we brought home with us. It's the best ever!!!
