I purchased a bottle of Manzanillo olive oil on marathon trip from Washington to Arizona. My son 2 cats and a dog 1100 miles in 2 days. We stopped on Corning kust as we always do when we pass thru. When I finally got the kitchen put together I couldn't wait to try the Manzanillo oil in waffles it's perfect, this oil has just a hint of fruitiness perfect in waffles, pancakes even to cook French toast. It's great in salad dressing with balsamic vinegar. Try it in baked goods, this is my favorite olive oil.

I love this stuff. Despite what the description says, there's a fair amount of pepper taste - but never TOO much. This is a buttery, peppery oil that works great drizzled on popcorn or slathered on corn on the cob in lieu of butter. It's also delicious in a vinaigrette.
