Pecan-Olive Cream Cheese Spread

A delicious crunchy, creamy spread for dipping or on sandwiches.  Add the blue cheese if you like an extra kick.


  • 1 package (3oz) cream cheese, brought to room temperature
  • 1 Tablespoon cream
  • ½ cup chopped olives of your choice
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 Tablespoon crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt


Place the cream cheese in a small bowl, and mix well with a fork.  Add all of the remaining ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, and combine well.  Refrigerate until ready to use and enjoy on crackers or as a spread for open faced sandwiches.
