Pecan-Olive Cream Cheese Spread
A delicious crunchy, creamy spread for dipping or on sandwiches. Add the blue cheese if you like an extra kick.
Ingredients
- 1 package (3oz) cream cheese, brought to room temperature
- 1 Tablespoon cream
- ½ cup chopped olives of your choice
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 1 Tablespoon crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preparation
Place the cream cheese in a small bowl, and mix well with a fork. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, and combine well. Refrigerate until ready to use and enjoy on crackers or as a spread for open faced sandwiches.
