Spaghetti with Olive Sauce

Speghetti with Olive SauceThis zesty spaghetti sauce is a combination of Black Ripe Olives and Green Mushroom Stuffed Olives with anchovies and Italian spices.


  • ¼ Cup olive oil 
  • ¼ Cup Pitted Black Olives, chopped
  • ¼ Cup Mushroom Stuffed Olives
  • ¼ Cup chopped red onion
  • 1 Tablespoon minced anchovies, drained
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • ½ Teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ Teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 12 oz Spaghetti (or similar pasta)


Combine olive oil, olives, red onion, anchovies, parsley, garlic, orange zest, oregano, black pepper and salt.

Cook spaghetti in boiling water until al dente (7-10 minutes). Toss spaghetti with room temperature sauce. Serve with crusty French bread.
