Fresh & Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Sauce
With all the fresh red and green tomatoes, combined with sun-dried tomatoes is an explosion of flavor for your pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup red tomatoes, diced
- 1 Cup yellow tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and minced
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Clove garlic, crushed
- ¼ Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 8 oz Pasta shells, cooked per package instructions
Preparation
Simply combine all ingredients except pasta. Toss sauce with cooked pasta and serve at once.
